Should you wish to request for creation of Parental leave (for non gestational parent) in view of forthcoming birth of your child, please attach a medical certificate mentioning the estimated due date and the name of the mother. Please note that Parental leave quota for non gestational parents can be created in advance only if the mother is legally recognized as the staff member's spouse/partner, and that the conditions for exercising of Parental leave entitlement are met.
