Staff members who wish to add or update their bank account details are kindly requested to schedule a Microsoft Teams call with UNOG Treasury (use the “Book an Appointment” menu, or this link).
👉 Please ensure that you have the following information available: your index number and a copy of a bank account confirmation letter or a recent bank statement. You should also be logged into ESS at the time of the call, as the Treasury team will assist you with the update through ESS.


Non-staff personnel who wish to add or update their bank account details should contact their administrative office for submission in BIRD.

Upload supporting documents. You can upload multiple files with each file maximum size is 8 MB.
Please use your official email address, if you are currently employed by the UN or by one of the other UN system organizations
